Well, Contact: Angeles’s* paperback edition has now had it’s price raised to reflect Amazon’s new royalty rate, and I had to raise it higher than I initially intended, unfortunately. Further investigation and accounting for inflation leads me to the conclusion that I will likely need to raise prices for the rest of my books’ paperback editions as well. This will be done by July so if you want any of the books at their present prices, I recommend picking them up now.
In happier news, this past week I returned to the Superversive Livestream for an interview on my newest book, Theophany*:
Sunday Superversive Livestream: Theophany!
The interview went longer than normal because we had so much fun with it. We spoke about LLMs (Large Language Models), Vietnam, the latest Disney debacle, children’s stories, and adulthood. I also got to opine more fully on the latest anime I watched, Elegant Yokai Apartment Life. So in short, I had a blast!
Sadly, my voice in this recording has a glitchy time-delay, or disappears at times. I am not sure if that’s me adjusting to my new headset or if it was the connection. What I do know is that I will be fiddling with both going forward to try and get clearer sound, as the delay in particular is annoying even though I remain audible.
At present, I have a few other projects I need to wrap up, but I don’t want to jinx them by discussing them. Say some prayers and cross your fingers, readers, that you may hear about them soon! :D
In the meantime, grab a copy of Contact: Angeles*, Theophany*, or one of my other books today. More is coming, so be sure to catch up while there is time!

If you have a long ride coming up or some chores to do around the house, I cannot think of a better way to spend it that listen to this episode. There are a wide variety of topics discussed- not just her new book, and in particular I liked the conversation about the new live-action Lilo and Stitch interview and how ONCE AGAIN, Disney has defecated over their own material in an attempt to "modernize" one of their most-beloved stories. And trust me, even I still tear up during the last 20 minutes of the original Lilo and Stitch. Hurrumph!
